​Our exclusive Reservation Feeprogram allows you to hold a home AND get credit toward your Move-in Fee. See our Item 4 in our FAQ page for details.  It is a very inexpensive way to make sure you have home coming and that no one else can get it.

Apply online for FREE to get  PRE-APPROVED by clicking on the HERE.  Be sure to include pictures of your government IDs and PROOF of income.

Monthly prices are 4-times the weekly prices.  Biweekly rates are available if that is how you earn money.​

Rent includes water, sewer, trash and lawn care. 

Looking for Long-term rental in Largo or Long-term rental in Clearwater?  We have UNFURNISHED mobile homes in Largo and houses, too. ALL homes come with water, sewer, trash and lawn care included in the rent.

You must have provable income of at least TWO times the monthly rent to qualify. Monthly rent equals 4-times the weekly rent. ​
