Gulf Breeze MHP has been in business for over 60 years. We have owned it for 20 years. Never, in all our experience, have we seen a marketplace like this. Applicants are telling us that they have been looking for months with no luck at all. We don't believe that housing is going to get any easier in the near future. 

Our homes have been getting Reserved before they ever get under construction. Our exclusive Reservation Feeprogram allows you to hold a home AND get credit toward your Move-in Fee. See our Item 4 in our FAQ page for details.  It is a very inexpensive way to make sure you have home coming and that no one else can get it.

Monthly prices are 4-times the weekly prices.  Concrete-block houses cost an extra $125 per week. Biweekly rates are available if that is how you earn money.​

Looking for Long-term rental in Largo or Long-term rental in Clearwater?  We have UNFURNISHED mobile homes in Largo and houses, too. ALL homes come with water, sewer, trash and lawn care included in the rent.

You must have provable income of at least TWO times the rent to qualify. Monthly rent equals 4-times the weekly rent. ​
